- A party Hostess to lead the theme activities and party

What you are responsible for:
- Candles, plates, utensils, snacks
- Assigning a Responsible Adult (this is the person who files out the birthday Party Request Form) The assigned responsible adult, agree to be
responsible for the care and discipline of the children attending the party from
the time of drop off to pick up.
Goody Bag Add Ons
The
goody bag is the hardest part of the party sometimes. What to get, is
it age appropriate? Well remove that stress. MishMash
will take on that stress for you. They will be wrapped and ready at
your party.
There are four to choose from.

It's that simple. And all at just $5.00 each.

you have a theme request? We can work together to make your party all
you wanted it to be. For e.g. Green Thumb Garden Party or Little Ladies

email or phone. You will have 48 hours once confirmed to secure your
party with payment.

Parties are available any day of the week upon request and availability.
Please submit completed and signed birthday party request forms to MishMash. You will receive a call or email confirming your booking.
Full payment is due 48 hours following confirmation. MishMash accepts cash or cheques payable to MishMash. If cheques are not honored, there will be a minimum NSF Fee of $25.00.
Once confirmed a minimum 14 days notice is required to cancel for a partial refund (80%) or to reschedule your party for another available date.
Add-Ons once confirmed are non-refundable.
